“Hi — I’m Tina Manley, owner of Tina Rina Salon & Spa in Davenport, Iowa, and soon-to-be The House of Empowered Beauty. For over 11 years I’ve run a women-owned, women-led salon that doesn’t just style — we support. I rent suites to independent salon professionals, offer mentorship and guide them as they build their own businesses. Today, five women are thriving in our space — and two have outgrown their suites and opened their own salons.Now I’m ready to take the next step: purchasing the building we’ve rented for over a decade. With your support, I’ll add two more salon suites to open the door for more women entrepreneurs — and build out mentorship, business-education, and financial-literacy programs to help them succeed long-term.
